ToyBiz Marvel Legends Series 6 – Wolverine aka Brown Suit Wolverine

Articulation 10/10

Marvel Legends figures have always had enough articulation to make them capable of executing the most complex yoga positions you can think of. There are 38 points of articulation. Each of them combine well enough to replicate the most iconic Wolverine poses you can think of. Special mention for those pectoral joints – which I had mentioned about in my Spawn 10th Anniversary Figure Review. Its here too and is the most useful joint when you want to pose Wolvie with his claws out crossing in front of his face or leaping into the air in his iconic lunge.

Accessories ??/10

UselessDioramaYes I’m thoroughly confused on this one. The accessory here is a diorama which is a Japanese structure/shrine with Wolverine’s Japanese Samurai Master Ogun (who would later become a Demon antagonist) holding a katana in his hands. Now the whole thing is one solid block. The only thing that is movable is that katana and Ogun’s wrists. This is either some excellent Japanese humour or the most useless accessory/diorama ever. You decide.

Overall 8/10

Its a fun figure and also one of the most sought out ones of the Marvel Legend’s line. Series 6 itself was a monstrously sought after line specially with Cable, Deadpool (The Best Marvel Legends Figure EVER!) and Juggernaut being the top highlights alongside Wolvie. The rest of the figures in the line were a fantastic Phoenix (and a Dark Phoenix variant) and a cool Punisher figure from the average Punisher movie, starring Thomas Jane. This Series 6 is regarded as the best Marvel Legends series by fans. Wolverine contributes well enough to justify it being regarded so.
